Day 4 of my 30-Day Challenge Stuck inside on the Bike Let’s Take Massive Action

It's a snowy day outside and most likely it will be another snow day tomorrow, so we're on the bike. This is a short podcast. Sorry about the audio it's not the best. Just a note after 4 days we are really feeling rather good the first 2 days and yesterday morning were just HELL with sour muscles and couldn't move.

There are 2.45 Billion active users on Facebook and the goal is to grow the message, not just ours but yours too. That would be to show up on every one of those 2.45 Billion news feed with some kind of water safety message.

Trust me I will be explaining that as we go. I do have a plan on how to make this happen.
