For years, the user interface that Lexus offered depended on an unloved trackpad without any kind of touchscreen. It was… well, not good. So Toyota Connected Services engineers started from scratch and designed an all-new version in-house from it’s Plano, Texas headquarters . The result is unimaginatively called Lexus Interface, but manages to be a much better experience. A voice activated system much like Siri and Google Assistant, there isn’t really much of a home screen. The much-loathed trackpad is gone.
