The name Caribbean Buzz was birthed by a little girl who watched and learned at the helms of her family member's rich traditions in culinary. As a little girl, Natacha knew one day she would own her own restaurant and food truck. Picking fresh vegetables from her family's fresh garden in Haiti, learning to dice and strip them was the beginning of a lifelong passion. The Caribbean buzz food truck delivers the island rich culture, flavor and experience to the people. She is proud of sharing her love and passion with the people who are looking for an experience like no other. She is a native of Haiti and has resided in the US for more than 20 years. Her goals are to keep her cultural traditions alive through fresh ingredients and consistency in food rich taste and flavor. Caribbean Buzz leaves every customer with lasting palatable memories.
