That means it's time for our Zen Stream. This week, in the wake of all the closures happening around us due to the coronavirus, we have less distractions and less entertainment. We can use this time to ask ourselves, "what are we always racing to distract ourselves from?" By asking this question and meditating on it, we can see that we wish to escape our own discomfort. Escaping however, only works for a time. This extra time we have available now serves as an opportunity to do more. Let's discuss!
