For this episode, I'm providing a guided meditation I use with individuals suffering from anxiety, PTSD, and / or panic disorder. During these tense times, keeping a serene mind and relaxed body is essential. We are all feeling some worry, anxiety, and / or tension. Make sure you take some time each day to focus on relaxation. It will keep you stable, and healthy. I recommend using this guided meditation once or twice per day. There are 3 parts to it so you can use just one part if you like.
