I am so over listening to talks where imposter syndrome is the leading topic... giving that much time and energy to it is not useful. 

I have heard so many interviewers dive into the topic and completely miss the opportunity for the interviewee to share their accomplishments. 

I am always looking for solutions. Imposter syndrome as a phrase doesn't help me, instead I need to look underneath and identify what is showing up so I know how to move forward...
