As a Positive Psychologist and Success Coach, Niyc is on a mission to help a million women change their lives using Positive Psychology by the year 2020. She recently won Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the UK, and proudly travels the world speaking, coaching, and helping women create more joy, personal power, and unstoppable success within themselves and their businesses.

She has helped thousands of women through her coaching programs in the past few years alone, and has a reach of more than half a million on social media. She has been appointed as a Supporting Partner at United Nations Women UK and as an ambassador for their Onebracelet campaign to end violence against women. She is media trained, and regularly speaks on stage in front of audiences of thousands in places including Hollywood, Amsterdam, Miami, London, Dallas, Orlando, Rio, and Sydney. Niyc is one of only 20 women in the world to have been invited to spend a week on Necker Island with Sir Richard Branson for the first ever women’s entrepreneurs retreat.
