Two of the biggest taboos in our society today are dreams and grief. A lot of people don’t want to talk about their dreams but even more consider grief a personal burden they have to keep to themselves. My guest, Linda Mastrangelo, says it doesn’t have to be that way. She sees dreams as a powerful tool in coping with the loss of loved ones. She explains how she uses dreams in her practice and how you can work with the messages received in dreams to gain peace and acceptance in your life.Linda Mastrangelo is a psychotherapist, author, and educator who’s done award winning research on using dreams as a therapeutic model. Her work has appeared in numerous publications, including the books, Sleep Monsters and Superheroes and Dreams That Change Our Lives. Linda sits on the board of the International Association for the Study of Dreams and is the editor of their magazine, Dream Time.
