My guest this week, Francis Rico Hayhurst, believes that we can “dream heaven” and open ourselves to greater creativity and joy by shedding the beliefs that we hold on to even though they’ve lost their usefulness to us. Maintaining that “suffering is optional,” Rico Is a musician, shaman, and author who combines ancient and modern shamanic wisdom with an irrepressible advocacy for having fun and enjoying life – assisting his clients, students and fellow adventurers in awakening to the gift of their lives. He’s also the author of the book A Shaman’s Guide To Deep Beauty that presents practices that can bring real magic into your life.
