What is it that keeps us from living our dream life? One common denominator is the lack of self-confidence. People who don’t feel confident are afraid to make their voices heard, to take risks, make changes and live their authentic selves.
I spent a good deal of my life suffering from a lack of self-confidence. Then I found the tool that helped me to reveal my unvoiced confidence: my dreams. I believe we can use our dreams to help uncover the confidence that lies within us, the confidence we were born with. I outline how in a talk I prepared as part of the launch of my new book Amazing Woman It’s Your Time To Emerge.
