Have you ever met someone and shortly thereafter the thought comes to mind "Yea...I'm pretty sure they're going somewhere"? Well one of those people for me is Adam Carswell. Adam is originally from Painesville, OH but left Ohio to become a two-sport athlete in basketball and track and field at Westminster College (PA) where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism.

Adam then earned his MBA at Galen University in San Ignacio, Belize where he played for, and coached, two national championship basketball teams. After graduating from Galen University in December 2014, Adam moved back to the US where he began his career with the Sherwin-Williams Paint Company in Washington, D.C. managing stores for Sherwin-Williams for two years before making a full-time career transition into real estate in 2017.

He is now a Director at Concordia Realty Corporation and the Business Development Manager at Asym Capital, two privately-held commercial real estate firms. He also serves as Director of Media and Marketing for LibertyFund.io. The combined experience has enabled him to syndicate, redevelop, reposition, and revitalize more than $500 million worth of real estate across the US. In his spare time, Adam produces the Cash Flow Connections Real Estate podcast along with producing and hosting both Dream Chasers and the Liberland Show podcasts. He has been a featured guest on numerous podcasts for his expertise on social marketing and LinkedIn network management.

Adam is also a co-founder of the Next Level Mastermind, an exclusive commercial real estate group of the industry’s top capital raisers. Last, but certainly not least, Adam is an affiliate and mentee of Russell Brunson.
