In this BYTE size episode - Vivienne Boucherat talks about her latest exciting venture, her 1st book Know Your Crazy. It's a compilation of her mixed media artwork, in an extraordinary small art book, with a big mental health message.
Her message is, "We all have our crazy, mad women days." It's a book for women, by women. Her husband is the bass player for the iconic group The Zombies, - Chris White, also joined us during our interview to share how he is lending his support and talents to the Know Your Crazy Movement.
