Gynecomastia is a condition where male breast tissue becomes enlarged, leading to a more feminine chest appearance. For me, it started during scholl age and persisted into adulthood. The emotional and psychological impact was significant, as it affected my self-esteem and body image.

I felt embarrassed and self-conscious, especially when I had to take my shirt off for activities like swimming or changing in the locker room. It affected my confidence and made me withdraw from certain social situations.
