In a job search, you MUST use language that appeals to your audience.

Do the work for the hiring manager (and your network) speaking in terms, acronyms and phrases that they are looking for when evaluating your skills for their open role. Don't rely on someone else to make the translation for you or you may find yourself in a lengthy job search. #switchers
