On this episode I am joined by fellow Dub, Sacramento Republic's Lee Desmond!
We chat about how the move to the USL came about from St Pat's in the League of Ireland and why he decided to do it now in his career.
We talk about how Lee is settling in to his new surroundings and how he is adapting to the new league despite no pre-season.
Lee tells me how the experience was winning the FAI Cup final last season and the emotions knowing it would be his last game for Pat's. He also lets me know how a message the team received from a premier league manager the night before helped inspire them.
Lee also chats about moving to England and a young age how difficult it can be. We also get Lee's 5 aside team which is pretty damn good!
