#117: Mechanics 101

Joker gets a release this spring alongside a 3.0 update for Smash. Steam database is real, and Ed Boon ain't showing mercy. Blanka gets a pretty dope birthday present. We go over some Mechanics 101 for this week's episode of Focus Attack.

Fresh off the Nintendo Direct, we got some Smash news that isn't a joke. Looking at spring for next big update. Ed Boon and Valve are beefing. Not really, but there's been some new info on the characters coming to MK11 via some Steam Database mining. Some newly polished armor is making it's way to Soul Calibur 6 with some new DLC. A new SFV has been shown off, and he apparently controls time. Capcom has a few words on the new fighter for the new Season (JK). Got some new pickups for EchoFox?!? The Street Fighter V story isn't finished from what Capcom UK has to say. StaticGorilla geeks out on a new Spotify playlist for all the nostalgic memories. Footsies at Evo Japan, and we dive into some Mechanic 101 lessons on this week's Focus Attack. Oh, and we have an very well done mod from one of the regular suspects.
