After take off we are about to find ourselves in stage 2 where the side boosters are released from the shuttle itself. We are then covered in smoke, noise, vibrations, dirt, debris and tons of gusting air as we fall down through the frozen clouds and straight to the middle of the sea.

You're about to hear sounds of loud and roaring engines, gusting winds, you'll be slapped in the face by frozen pieces of ice crystals and water vapors. The faster we fall the quicker we can back to warmer air and sunshine.

The black of the void of space fades away into blue and reminds us that we are headed back home or at least closer to it.

We soon meet the loneliness of the oceans and the middle or it is where we find ourselves covered in wet parachutes, tangled in 550 lines thawing out the ice that's formed all over our huge metal bodies.

Listen to the cries of these titans, tanks as they fall back down to Earth. Listen to the collisions they make with atmosphere, with sea and with clouds. These big behemoths give a physicality to anything they touch or pass through.

This is one wild ride and I invite you all to join it. I'm not a huge fan of NASA but i'm a huge fan of this video.
