Welcome to 'Don't You Want Me?' - a podcast series taking a lighthearted look at the most relatable, intriguing and dysfunctional relationships in film.

In this episode, we’re making music with 1994’s Corrina, Corrina, written and directed by Jessie Nelson. This was Nelson’s first film, before going on to write and direct I Am Sam in 2002 and also penning the smash Broadway musical adaptation of the film Waitress. Whoopi Goldberg, following on from the huge success of numerous films such as Sister Act and Ghost (for which she won an Oscar), also proved a hugely popular host of the Academy Awards the year this film was released, doing it three more times over the course of the following ten years. Tonight we’re unpicking the bonds that Corrina forms with Manny and Molly in this comic romantic drama. And we have a very special guest with us to explore these relationships. Joining us is actress, singer and writer Deborah Tracey.
