This week we discuss the landmark equal pay deal brokered by the Matildas and the impact it may have on other sports. As Christmas draws closer we look at the change in attitudes towards shopping up a storm as new stats show Aussie spending rates are the slowest since the 1990-91 recession.

Caro's 'Crush of the Week' is Ash Barty (again!) and she's grumpy about the coverage of the Melbourne Cup in the Sydney media.

In BSF - Corrie's hooked on the new Helen Garner book Yellow Notebook: Diaries Volume I 1978–1987. Caro's been off to the movies to see Military Wives and she shares a simple recipe for Caesar Salad.

In '6 Quick Questions' we talk Spring Racing, star signs, off the shoulder fashion and Corrie's latest binge worthy viewing recommendations.
