Everyone presumes that big muscles and the big personalities that go with them and fit buff bodies go hand in hand with happiness and inner harmony. This is so far from the truth it is really quite incredible.
Quite often these people are so obsessed they are at breaking point, even to the point of suicide and some even lose their jobs and families through their obsessive behaviour.
Not everything is how it seems on the outside looking inside. What appears perfect on the outside is more often than not a total disaster and pure torment on the in side. It is just well-hidden behind a beautiful package.
These people that look strong are some of the weakest people in the world, at least mentally, and many need help more than shares and likes. As friends and family members, you should look out for these larger than life buff bodied beauties. They aren't as happy as they would have you think.
After spending 30 years in the fitness and film industry, I have seen it all.
