Mike Batease is a passionate elk hunter who also thrives on helping others on their elk hunting journey. He runs Elk Calling Academy, where he gives lessons on calling, hunting and much more. We talk just about that: elk hunting, calling, and just everyday life happenings. Mike has been a great help to me and tons of other hunters who he provides his knowledge and expertise on hunting and calling the elusive ghost that we know as elk. He's never not been available whenever I have reached, including while I am on the mountain chasing elk, for advice. He has always been there. And, I know he does the same for others too.
