Her content focuses on life as a dog mom and life as an introvert and it encourages people to love themselves for who they are while learning to grow and push themselves out of their comfort zones to create a life they love. She also has a podcast called So Glad We're friends that she hosts with two friends who all met over Instagram.

In her spare time, she loves reading, watching a good TV show, playing pickle ball, or going on a Starbucks run and to the pack with her dog Willo. 

Her corgi Willo is most famously known for her food awoos, or as the corgi that howls when she eats!
