This week we are talking to Andrea from @maggie_leadtheway! Andrea Bazett is dog mom to Maggie, a 20 month old goldendoodle who makes everyone smile when they pass by her. Andrea and her husband, Chris, moved from New York City to the California Bay in October 2020 for Andrea's work, and brought Maggie home a few months later. The couple quickly realized that they weren't nearly as ready as they thought they were financially to make life with their new puppy enjoyable, bearable, or simply possible. Despite the new puppy stress, Andrea and Chris's bond with Maggie grew stronger every day, they learned how to maintain healthy boundaries with their budget, and Maggie inspired Andrea to launch her leash company, Smiling Doodles Leashery.
