In this episode, I report on a consultation I had with a doctor who was trying to find the least expensive office site possible to reduce her risks of practice failure. She was smart and pretty gifted but the site of the office was a big disadvantage. While I am all for thrift, this location (not its demographics!) was a serious threat to the success of the practice.
