the doctor Jamie and Victoria land the Tardis on the surface of the sea

where a parasitic seaweed is trying to take over the mind of those it touches

once again it falls to the Dr Jamie and Victoria to overthrow the creatures and save the day

but it comes at a price as in the end Victoria elects to stay and leave the Dr and Jamie
