77-year-old Judith Black is in trouble for felony battery after a trip to Burger King. She was upset with the thickness of the tomato slices on her Whopper. Seems like a small issue but it was enough for her to verbally abuse the employee, including a few racial slurs. Things turned physical when Judith threw the burger at the BK worker.
