DJ Tay James is a Baltimore native, LA transplant who started DJ'ing at 12 and by the time he was 15 had signed his first record deal. A business marketing major, Tay has climbed the music ranks and has DJ'd for Chris Brown, Rihanna, and Barack Obama's Inauguration. Tay is currently Justin Bieber's Production Manager, Tour DJ and A&R. Oh, and he's LA's most eligible bachelor.
