Ryan is the Head Coach of the Houston Heat, a paintball team in the NXL (National Xball League) a professional paintball league that he is also a part owner of. Ryan explains how he found paintball and why he loves the sport so much. As a former professional player he talks about his transition into coaching and how he approaches the challenge. We also talk about his travelling his experiences and his philosophy in life.
