Before Sean Payton’s first full season with the Denver Broncos was over, he made the decision to bench Russell Wilson in place of Jarrett Stidham for performances purposes.
This would seem to indicate the end of Wilson’s time in Denver. However, there are reports stating that Payton and the Broncos could bring Wilson back if he is their best option at QB for the 2024 season. Is that true?
