Episode 9: Taurus New Moon Ritual RECORDING (May '24)

We welcome the first lunation of May and the first new moon after an intense April, Aries & eclipse seasons - Taurus is here to bring a grounded reprieve from this firey start to the new energetic year.

The energy of the New Moon is at its peak on Tuesday, May 7th at around 11:20 PM (ET) and is present for 2-3 days on each side of this point.

This New Moon Ritual is here to support you on your journey - emotionally, mentally, energetically and spiritually as well as with your integration, and I am honoured to serve you in this way.

The moon ritual includes cacao ceremony, Tao blessings/energetic transmissions, discussion about astrology & current themes, an hour of somatic breathwork, an hour-long sound journey meditation, energy healing/recalibration (using Tao Healing Hands & Reiki), as well as journaling and sharing circle to support integration and connecting with community.

Make yourself a comfortable, distraction-free sacred space.
Bring a cup of cacao (if you wish to take part in the opening cacao ceremony) and/or water, a journal & writing instrument, and an open mind & heart.
