Autumn is a police officer from Maine who suffered from an on duty injury. This career ending injury pulled Autumn away from full time police work and shattered her dreams of one day becoming a commanding officer. Autumn faced first hand depression, crippling anxiety and a deep dark anger/frustration at the job for "ruining her life" as she saw it. Autumn dove deep into self help by following Tony Robbins, Gabby Bernstein and many others who taught her how to control her in chaos. After some time of deep reflection, Autumn picked herself up and started a coaching business teaching others the concepts she has learned that saved her life. She now is a Criminal Justice Instructor, Life Coach for First Responders and Podcast host of the Changing the Culture Podcast.
