A group of more than 100 Republican former national security officials, including former Defense and Homeland Security secretaries, have issued a warning that President Trump's continued refusal to allow a peaceful transition to President-elect Joe Biden imperils the nation and creates "special jeopardy".
Biden has begun to assemble his cabinet, and it looks like he is planning to be a foreign policy president, as he attempts to heal wounds between America's closest allies.
