We’re getting ooky and we’re certainly getting spooky with a Halloween pick that isn’t Halloweentown: Phantom of the Megaplex. This one has all the makings of a good DCOM: shot in Toronto, about the magic of movies, sassy younger siblings, late 90s/early 2000s nostalgia. It even has a massive fan!
