Meal Magazine is a new, independent print publication featuring thought-provoking food writing that is based in Minneapolis and published bi-annually. Peter Sieve is the editor and co-founder of the magazine. As a writer, musician and generally creative dude living and working in Minneapolis Peter had written about food, liked food and felt like there was an opening to tell unique food stories.
