DJ and Anastasia Bocchetti have been making hot sauce since 2017 when Lost Capital Foods was born.  Lost Capital Foods slowly ferments peppers, primarily sourced from local farms to create bold, complex flavors and textures. Lost Capital makes everything by hand in small batches and with total disregard for our financial stability, from their kitchen in Falcon Heights, Minnesota. Lost Capital packs more produce into each bottle of sauce, using less water and vinegar than your usual hot sauce to achieve flavors not often found in a bottled product.
