We’re taking a trip back in time to the summer of 1983 to revisit the massively successful album 'Synchronicity' by The Police, which was released on June 17th, 1983.

By that summer The Police were bigger than ever. Sold out stadium shows, their songs in heavy rotation on every top 40 and rock station. There was no stopping them. Or so it seemed. Little did we know that Sting, Stewart Copeland and Andy Summers were about to go their separate ways and 'Synchronicity' would be the last album they’d ever record together.

In this episode you’ll get the stories behind the tension-filled recording process of the album, the origin of its concept and title, the iconic tracks including the massively successful singles ("Every Breath You Take", "King Of Pain", "Wrapped Around Your Finger" and "Synchronicity II") , the album cover art and much more.
