Today I will talk about phytonutrients and that if we can understand them, their importance, and learn how to get them in our food, it’s going to make a world of difference in our health. No one is focused on phytonutrients, but tend to discuss mainly macronutrients, but I think focusing on phytonutrients is one of the number one things that we can do to take our health to the next level. In this episode I talk about what they are, the basic premise, how they work in the body, why plants use them, and then I mention a few case studies and pick out certain phytonutrients from certain foods that can really help take our health to the next level.
