There was an aftershock from the Noto Peninsula Earthquake on Tuesday 16th January 2024 at 18:42. It was only 4.8 in magnitude but Shindo 5 and apparently NHK felt it was worth interrupting its programming to report it. This short audio clip is the sound of an NHK G TV reporting it just as it happened.
