A Mr. Potato Head that once took center stage on Frank Wood's altar, reminded him not to take himself, or the spiritual journey, so damn seriously.

After growing up in a conservative family in Texas and struggling with addiction at an early age, Frank chose sobriety and found his relationship with the Divine. He recognizes that pain is the touchstone of all spiritual growth, and in the end, believes that love is the only thing that really matters.

Now living a new adventure in Central Oregon, Frank is living a "ridiculously happy" life with wife and business partner Stephanie, that he describes as "really as disgusting as it looks" on social media.

One important shift he describes that has allowed for the "ridiculously happy" is the mental shift from "worrying about the future, to appreciating what you have, or what exists in the present." He describes worry as "crazy making stuff" that "is almost the opposite of faith."
