Here are some of my tips for building your community! 

Think of your group like a wedding reception. Your product/service is the bride and groom, your customers are the guests, and YOU are the DJ! You're there to bring the FUN as well as to connect the guests in their shared interest -- the happy couple. ;) Cheesy, but it works! Remember Gary Vee's concept of "jab-jab-jab-right hook." Provide free, fun, and informational content to your group members before asking for sales or bookings. Keep in mind that you are going for quality over quantity. You'd rather have 10 active, engaged group members vs 100 that never interact with you! Growth is growth. Whether your group is growing slowly or explosively fast, remember that as long as you're growing, you're doing great!
