It's about chuffing time! The 5th Season of your 3rd favourite above average but infinitely curious podcast, DIMED OUT, is finally here.

With all good intentions I tried to piece together an interesting, different, iteration of the show. One that was partly intended to help me let go of perfectionistic traits and cause less work...yet this one has probably been the most laborious. Having said that, at the end of the day, it is a labour of love.

In this first episode I dig into my original plans, their implosion, my failed (mostly) fitness journey, and the uncertain nature of what is to come.
