The child of a Bolivian immigrant, David grew up in a mobile home, in poverty, and with a family battling addiction. David’s father was an alcoholic and cocaine addict and his parents separated 18 times in 20 years.

Today, David is the Founder & CEO @ TULI, the Uber for commerce. David is an ethical and opinionated leader, public speaker, and has received numerous awards including 40 Under 40, Top 100 US Business Leaders, Most Innovative Tech Leader, and others. David had raised over $100 million in VC money, negotiated successful exits, and passionately believes in making the work a better place.
