The backstory of Digital Leaders

Hi, I am Fabian Tausch, a 22-year-old entrepreneur from Germany. 

Three years ago, my journey started when I discovered that I want to consider becoming an entrepreneur over studying at university. 

I tried to understand what skills I need to develop to become an entrepreneur, but I didn't find any relevant content in the German-speaking area. 

Everybody told me to learn from successful people, so the desire grew to talk to entrepreneurs that are successful already.

I didn't know where to start, but I realized that just asking for a coffee won't be the best way.

In October 2016, I launched my podcast in German, in which I started to interview entrepreneurs to scale their knowledge and make it accessible for young entrepreneurs.

Since then, the podcast was downloaded roughly two million times and became at least the largest podcast for young entrepreneurs. I interviewed some of the world's most successful entrepreneurs and at some point, realized that I want to internationalize.

In April 2018, I started to record interviews in English under the name "Digital Leaders."

Digital Leaders is a side project for me, as I co-founded a non-profit organization to support the most talented young entrepreneurs aged between 17 and 23 years old.

I co-founded the Young Entrepreneurs' Program (https://yep.berlin) together with Thomas Bachem and the CODE University of Applied Sciences (https://code.berlin) in Berlin.

I am looking forward to this journey so much and am more than happy to share all the great interviews and insights that I've recorded over the past year.
