Wing Shya is a Hong Kong-based photographer who works in fashion, film, and art. He started his career as a graphic designer after studying at the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design in Canada. Shya regularly contributes to numerous international fashion and art magazines, including iD (UK), TIME Style and Visionaries (US), and Vogue, among many other prestigious and influential publications. Shya has also been the exclusive photographer and graphic designer for Wong Kar Wai's films, including Happy Together, In The Mood for Love, Eros, and 2046. Also a recognized director, he has directed several music videos and TV commercials. His clientele includes Louis Vuitton, Maison Martin Margiela, Converse, Gap, Pepsi, A Bathing Ape, Nike, Adidas, Rolex, Swarovski, and L'Oréal.
