It’s tough not to give Jaccob this honor every Month. Night after night Jaccob shuts down the opponents’ best player with no fanfare or bravado. Slavin isn’t just a shutdown d-man he contributed 15 points and a +22 rating for the Canes this year. Slavin is key to the Canes plans of a deep playoff run.
