Feeling overwhelmed? Maybe you are in a business or other life transition...or maybe it's existing while the world feels like it's a raging dumpster fire all around you!
Either way, when overwhelm sets in you might have a tendency to go into fix mode - cue the lists, the task prioritisation and all the systems and tools....or you might prefer option b - shut down mode.
