Are you finishing up the year feeling overwhelmed, stressed, burnt out or a little bit of all of them?

You're not alone. 

Often there is a lot of pressure internally and externally at this time of year. A lot of expectations and a lot of arbitrary 'end dates' to things as the calendar inches towards the end of year.

In today's episode I'd like to offer up a few invitations to get curious around the opportunities for shifting things towards more values alignment at both a macro '2023' level and the micro daily level of the moment to moment.

And maybe shift things so that you can avoid the end of year overwhelm from here on out.
