Pam welcomes Ginger Vieira, the author of of several books, to this episode of Dia-Logue: The Diapoint Podcast.

She has recently joined the T1D Exchange as the Associate Director of Communications. Her background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in professional writing and certifications in coaching, personal training, and Ashtanga yoga.

Pam and Ginger talk about diabetes and exercise, food and nutrition, and Ginger shares her experience on diabetes and pregnancy. She gives us some advice on how to be unapologetically proud of your diabetes. We also get insight into her next book about diabetes and exercise.
