Due to circumstances beyond my control, the podcast for this week has been pushed back to Thursday. Sorry for the delay folks.

Top 5 Reasons Why You Want To Listen To The Podcast

September 13, 2006 23:51

Reason #5 We promise to do everything we can to interview the newest, Cardinal mascot Paris Hilton. Reason #4 This podcast will fill your Affirmative Action quota (one of the main contributors is Puerto Rican, hence, Affirmative Action) Reason #3 It will be free and plus all the proceeds will go to the charity of my choice. Reason #2 You will be hit with opinions that are 100% non-biased, totally unpartial, and not at all favoring the Cardinals or their cause, from everyday schmoes lik...

Pistol Whipped

September 11, 2006 16:13

This weekend marks the triumphant return of ASU's high powered offense. After coming off to a slow start last week against the NAU Lumberjacks, the Sun Devils finally got into a groove by scoring a whopping 52 points against the Nevada Wolfpack. Rudy Carpenter put on a clinic by tossing up 333 yards and five touchdowns. That's right, five freakin TDs. He bested his personal best of four set against Rutgers last season in the Insight Bowl. Another accomplishment of note was that of tight end Z...

Glorious

September 10, 2006 10:19

Can you feel it? I know that I can. Water is tasting sweeter; air is passing through my lungs with smoother intake; the wonderful smell of fresh cut grass (or fresh rolled astro turf) ... praise God its football season. Things just seem normal now. During non-football season, I can never feel like things are right. But as usual, that beautiful, oblong, pigskin is here to save the day!!! This year will be full of surprises, over-hyped cliche's, too much T.O. and all the normal winter atm...

Endless Potential

August 23, 2006 16:31

The quarterback situation has gone awry at ASU. Rumors are flying everywhere that I can't even seem to sift through it all. In a bizarre turn of events, Coack Koetter (Or Coach K part deux as I like to call him) has apparently changed his mind. After naming Sam Keller the starting quarterback lasst friday, on sunday he announced that Rudy Carpenter was now the starting QB. The prevailing rumor is that both of these guys threatened to transfer if they didn't win out the job. Kind of gutless in...

Finally

August 16, 2006 23:17

Matt Leinart is officially a Cardinal. Six years. Up to $50.8 million. $14 million guaranteed. I can now wear my jersey without shame. As far as the podcast goes: A few technical difficulties have been worked out and Joe and I are now on track to get the show under way. This weekend will be our first podcast. So please subscribe now and just check back over the weekend. Please leave some feed back in the comments section of each episode. Thanks.

Podcast Equipment Has Arrived

August 03, 2006 18:38

Sweet. Last night I got most of the podcasting equipment in. I still have to get some mic cables and pick up another mic but I plan on hitting up Guitar Center after work. Expect a podcast this weekend. Joe and I plan to discuss the Matt Leinart situation, the progress of Antrelle Rolle, along with a, hopefully, brief injury report from Cardinals Camp. A detailed show notes will be posted the same time the show is ready for download. I hope to get some feedback from all you fans. Until then.

Podcast Update

July 26, 2006 21:25

And so it begins. My name is Robert (aka, Vincent Ambrosio/Mozart). My counterpart, Joe will be co-hosting the weekly show with me. He goes by Big Joey T on the blog and by "Mozart's friend" in circles associated with The Office. Friday, August 4th, Joe and I plan to head up to Cardinals' training camp in Flagstaff, AZ. We plan on doing our first podcast either while we're up there or when we get back. The details have yet to be hammered out. It depends upon our decision to either wake up at ...

Cardinals Update

July 26, 2006 01:04

Well I guess my one birthday wish of the Cardinals signing Ty Law will not be coming true. As reported by the Associated Press, Ty Law has agreed to terms on a contract with none other than the Kansas City Chefs (Great Oogly Moogly! *Old Snickers commercial reference*). On the other hand, in the good news of the day, Leonard Pope and Gabe Watson have signed three year deals. I'm especially excited about the Leonard Pope signing as I feel that he will be the most likely to contribute immediate...

Page Design

July 22, 2006 18:07

Hello hello. As you may notice, the blog looks sleek and awesome. Yes, the design part is now complete. Now Joe and I will be focusing on the actual podcast. Expect an update tomorrow as we plan on having a meeting. I hope you enjoy the look of the site. I personally think it's awesome.

Negotiations Begin

July 20, 2006 17:57

According to today's issue of the Arizona Republic, contract negotiations with the Cardinals first round pick, Matt Leinart, will begin next week. Word of advice for the front office at Cardinals HQ: Get him signed and into camp on time. Please. My girlfriend already bought me a #7 Matt Leinart jersey. I know I'm not the only one who has one either. Use that money to give him the signing bonus he wants. Oh and while you're at it. Go get Ty Law already.

Podcast Coming Soon

July 18, 2006 23:34

I had a moment of clarity today. I'm not sure if it was my near death experience choking on a crispy chicken twister wrap from KFC while listening to Jim Rome rant about his manual buzzer or if it's my lower-mid-life crisis at age 21 that is prompting me to create the soon to be published podcast. I know for a fact that there are millions of fans waiting to hear what I have to say about America's most beloved football team, the Arizona Cardinals. And to top it off, I'll even throw in a bit of...
