Todd Doren is the Program Manager for the systems that are used by Federal Air Marshals to book their flights, decide where they are going next, and track everything about them. Annemari Tarsitano, Configuration Manager, joins Todd to talk about how their team has been providing 24x7 mission support with a team that was previously located onsite 100% of the time. Their team recently moved into two brand new data centers without a single person onsite at either data center, and in some cases, remote work has actually improved communication for their team. Annemari also teaches a general arts and humanities class in photography, and we discuss the intersection of art and technology.
